Arrival and Departure Policy.

Check in – 1300 Hours Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check out – 1100 Hours Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability

A recent Government notification requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel.

Cancellation Policy.

Guests are requested to cancel reservations within the stipulated period as per the hotel policy. A no-show or late cancellation received shall invite retention including taxes as applicable.

Our standard cancellation policy is 10 days before the arrival date at the hotel
1 – 0 – 10 Days – Guaranteed reservation may be cancelled 10 days prior to the date of arrival. Reservations, cancelled within 10 days of arrival date will incur cancellation fees equivalent to accommodation charge of entire length of stay. (No Refund)
2- Before 10 days – Full refund
In case of early checkout, you are liable to pay for the entire confirmed reservation. If not sure of the policy, contact the hotel for clarification.

NON-ARRIVAL TO THE HOTEL (NO SHOW)

o If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the hotels and will be charged for the entire reservation.

o If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please, urgently, contact us to keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund admissible.

Child Policy.

Up to two children under 6 years’ age can be accommodated in the parents’ room, without extra bed at no additional charge. If a Guest Need extra bed than he has to Pay for extra Bed.
If a child is above 6 years of age it will be chargeable, if guest want extra bed for child than it will be charge full extra bed rate & if they do not want extra bed than they have charge only 50%.
If Guest wish to take a separate room for children below 12 years age, we are pleased to offer the same at 75% price of the parents’ room.

Child Meal Policy.

Meals for children up to 6 years are complimentary in Includes in meal Plan. For children between 6-12 years, a meal is at 70% of the parent’s meal, and for children above 12 years, meal is at full charge.
